These Terms govern use of Baum ClipFlow, a web platform for reviewing, scheduling, and publishing short-form content.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for the content they upload, schedule, and publish, including captions, media files, account selections, and platform-specific publishing settings.

Connected accounts

Users may connect social platform accounts through OAuth. By connecting an account, users confirm they have authority to manage publishing actions for that account.

Content requirements

Users must not publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, or platform-prohibited content. Users are responsible for complying with the rules and terms of each connected social platform.

Publishing actions

Baum ClipFlow processes publishing actions selected or scheduled by the user. Platform APIs may reject or delay publishing based on account permissions, media requirements, rate limits, review status, or other platform rules.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or successful publishing on third-party platforms.
